CF Forensics rolled through the University of Alabama’s Crimson Classic, virtually and had another great weekend. We had two powerhouse women Eileen Hernandez and Sayjal Jaimungal represent CF. With only two people and three events – CF ended up in Finals for all three!

Awards are as follows:

Team Sweeps – 5th place  & 1st place (or Top) Junior College

Eileen took = 5th place in Persuasive speaking & 4th place in Poetry interpretation

Sayjal took = Top Novice & 3rd place in Programmed Oral Interpretation

Just a bit of context for the competition – there were 22 schools that competed from all over the US. We were the ONLY CC, or junior college, to place in team sweeps (or earn top team award). This was an asynchronous (video recorded) competition with video submissions from across the US. This was a true test of national competition.

We are now rolling into the next competitions in the upcoming weekends – Chicago & Tallahassee!
