CF Bookstore Update: May 2020
Due to COVID-19 concerns, the CF bookstores are temporarily closed to in store shopping.

All summer orders have free shipping!
Financial Aid, credit cards and giftcards can be used as form of tender through our website. Summer Financial aid is open April 22-May 22.
Students can buy, rent, order ebooks, access codes, select supplies and anything we sell in store!
All spring 2020 rental book due dates have been extended from May 7th out to June 15th.
Student’s should watch their email inbox for instructions in the coming weeks on how to ship these back for free!

What do I do with my rental book returns from Spring?
Great news! Rental Returns for spring 2020 have been extended from May 7th to June 15th!
Students will receive an email from Barnes & Noble College with information on how to print out their free pre-paid shipping label from home to send the rental back.

Is there a particular type of box/packaging that is preferred for mailing the rental books back?
The rental books must get returned in sellable condition. We cannot accept damaged or wet materials. Students want to do their best to protect their returns from the elements and damage.
For students that do not have a way to print the return label to ship their books back do you have a drop box for them to return on campus?
No. Materials will need to be mailed.

Do out of state students get free shipment too?
Yes, out of state students will receive free shipment
How are VA/voucher/Dual HS students orders being handled?
VA and Dual enrollment students will hear from their respective county offices/ HS counselors. They will be reached directly with instructions on how to obtain summer materials as well as how to return spring materials.
Is there a cut off date to avoid late delivery?
No cut off! However, we encourage students to order in advance of class start to ensure ample time for shipping.
Does B & N still require CF ID card for students to buy their books for summer?
Not for online ordering
Can we still do spring book buy backs?

To order online, can students upload their schedule so you could know what books they need?
Yes! If they go into their portal>academics> and open their schedule> the “textbook” button at the bottom of their schedule will take them to exactly what books they need in our site!
How do I order a Graduation Cap and Gown for pictures ect?

What about spring online Graduation Cap and gown refunds?
Herff Jones will be handling grad refunds as students placed that order through them direct. An email was sent from Herff Jones to the students that ordered on the first week of April. Some students are still choosing to get their cap and gowns for pictures.
