OCALA, FL – Students and families can learn about colleges, careers and future opportunities at the Marion County Careers and Colleges Expo on Wednesday, Aug. 26, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Ewers Century Center at the College of Central Florida’s Ocala Campus.
The free event, hosted by the College of Central Florida and Marion County Public Schools, will feature representatives from colleges and universities, trade schools, military branches and local employers. Attendees can ask questions, explore different career paths and learn about education options available after high school or college.
The expo is open to high school seniors, transfer students, current college students and their families. Whether students are still deciding on a major, thinking about transferring or looking for career opportunities, the event offers a chance to connect with organizations from across Florida in one place.
The event is part of the Florida School and College Relations Tour.
The Ewers Century Center is located on the CF Ocala Campus at 3001 SW College Rd. in Ocala. Admission is free.
