Although Brittany Bowe is just coming back from a year and a half concussion, she’s been the US’s highest contender in the 2018 Winter Olympics in Sochi. So far, Bowe’s race to receive a medal is unsuccessful.
“Bowe was fifth in the 1500m and fourth in the 1000m, missing a medal in the latter by a combined .66 of a second,” said NBC Sports via website, the main sports channel covering the games.
There is still hope for Bowe to win a medal, however. Tune in on Feb. 18th at 6 a.m. EST to cheer her on in her final Olympic race, the 500 meter.
