The Student Activity Board at the College of Central Florida hosted Waffle Wednesday on Feb. 28 in the Patriot Cafe.
The SAB prepared a waffle station where students were handed their waffles before heading to the desert table where students decorated their waffles with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, sprinkles and more. Students sat down and enjoyed their waffles while being serenated with music.
As soon as the appetizing event began, students all over the cafeteria lined up to join in on the waffle festivities. Just halfway through the event, there were over 100 students who had checked in to the event.
The next event the SAB will be holding is Faith-A-Palooza, which will be held on March 20 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Bedford Plaza to learn about local faiths in the community.
